A long way to go

Today's WOD: 5x3 Front Squats then bottom to bottom Tabata Squats. Bottom to bottom Tabata squats are as many as possible air squats in 20 seconds followed by 10 seconds of rest for 8 rounds. The resting position being the bottom of the squat. Not much of a rest if you ask me. Click the link for a video demonstration.

I've got a lot of stuff I need to cover on this blog with wedding updates ranking at the top. Sheana and I have set a wedding date of March 20, 2010.
