THE WOD

Not that too many people are interested but the most frequent updates found on my blog will be the WOD aka the Workout of the day. I do Crossfit if you don't know what Crossfit is I strongly encourage you to go www.Crossfit.com and find out. If you wish you can call me I am more than willing to tell you about it.

7 Thrusters 95#
7 Pull-ups
7 Burpees

Thrusters and Burpees are a tough combination.
